PHYSICS, SCIENCE AND MATH

Put STEM programming into action and give your students a lesson they’ll never forget! Designed by Vanessa Moniz (B.Ed., B.A. and Brent Wettlaufer (B.Sc., Physics) – our hands-on programs meet current Ontario teaching curriculum standards and can be assigned for completion before, during and after their visit to the park. Teachers are provided a link to download the workbooks and activities once they book their trip. These can be edited to suit the needs of the class and the teacher’s preferences. The launch of our program begins with the WonderCoaster Building contest and often, a special ride seminar.

FESTIVAL OF MUSIC

School bands and choirs can showcase their talent in one of our four venues in front of a professional musician who will adjudicate their performance! Comments will be recorded onto CD throughout the performance, for the group to review once the performance is over. An appreciation plaque will also be provided to display in the music room. After their performance, the group may spend the rest of the day in the park. We allow a 30 minute performance per group, however, schools may book multiple groups.
