Toronto, Ontario – This week on October 24-25, 2023, the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario hosted the annual Tourism Summit in Mississauga at Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites. A successful event, the summit delivered the latest in industry trends and forecasts, shared best practices, provided networking opportunities, and recognized industry leaders at the Ontario Tourism Awards of Excellence.
The Attractions Ontario Ontario’s Choice Awards was recognized, highlighting the 2023 Attraction of the Year. This award was bestowed to the attraction that received the most votes overall across all categories of the eight Ontario’s Choice Awards. The finalists in this category were: Lang Pioneer Village Museum, Blue Heron Cruises, Little Canada and Riverview Park & Zoo. The winner announced at the Industry Awards Gala was:
