2026 Weekend Maple Syrup Experience
Elliott Tree Farm’s Maple Syrup Experience opens on Family Day long weekend and runs every weekend through Easter, with additional dates on Mondays and Fridays during March Break, making it an ideal family day trip for visitors looking to experience one of Ontario’s most iconic seasonal traditions.
The Maple Syrup Experience includes entry to the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario, an all you can eat pancake meal with a side of bacon and sausage served with Elliott Tree Farm’s award winning, world famous, Ontario pure maple syrup, and a scenic walk along the sugar shack trail. Guests continue on to the maple sugar shack to see maple syrup being made firsthand and enjoy tastings along the way, including maple taffy over snow, maple sugar, sap, and syrup.
This immersive experience offers visitors a true taste of Canadian maple syrup tradition while exploring a working sugarbush just one hour from Toronto.

From mid November to December 23, Elliott Tree Farm becomes a festive winter wonderland. Families can enjoy indoor dining in the heated Horse Barn Canteen, browse the Heritage Christmas Barn gift shop, visit the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario, gather around outdoor fires, explore farm trails, and choose from a fresh selection of Ontario’s best fresh cut trees in the Fieldstone Christmas Tree Cellar or cut their own in the tree groves. Tree customers can also visit Santa’s Cabin and enjoy festive photo moments including Santa’s Airplane, the Elves’ Snowmobile, and the Zoomobile.
