DOCS FOR SCHOOLS

Free documentary screenings at the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema. Selections will engage young minds with today’s important issues, offering vital ideas, critical questions and new perspectives on topics that span the curriculum and touch their lives. An education package is produced for each film tying content to Ontario school curriculum.

Screenings often connect to key international events, ie international Human Rights Day, African Heritage Month with filmmaker Q&A/related panels to enrich content. Screenings can connect to other key Toronto venues and events (ie ROM, AGO and World Press Photo exhibition) generating a full day of activities.
