Provincial regulations require that we ask the age of anyone entering our contest. The contest is only open to those 18 or older.
The contest is open to residents of Canada and the United States only. We also use this data to determine which areas our contest entrants come from to make our contests better in the future. This information is never shared, and will never be used to send you unsolicited mail.
We never spam our contest entrants, or anyone else. In accordance with the new Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation, we will only add you to our mailing list if you a) request to be added to it or b) indicate that you give permission for us to do so. If you receive an email from us and you no longer wish to receive them, you will always be given a link to unsubscribe. For our subscribers, we endeavor to never spam or overwhelm readers with emails. Generally, we send newsletters and notices to our mailing lists about once a month, sometimes more during busy times (like summer vacation), and we never share your emails with third parties.
Contest regulations in Canada require a skill-testing question for any entry to be recorded. However, we always try to make our questions as simple as possible so that no one is left out.
No. There is only 1 entry allowed per person.
Contest winners are selected randomly by a computer. We have no control over which person wins the contest, and treat all entries equally. If someone decides not to claim their prize, or has not fulfilled entry requirements, the computer will redraw a new name.
No, the prize packages are clearly laid out by geographic region. If you should win a prize and you do not want it, you are able to forfeit your prize and allow someone else to win. This in no way disqualifies you from entering future contests. Unfortunately, we cannot allow winners to pick and choose prizes as they are pre-selected and donated by our member attractions.
No, you do not need a username or password to enter our contest. Login information is only provided to our members (attractions) and administrative web staff and serves no purpose for the general public. All you need to do is fill out the entry form and submit to enter.
