Under Caldwell First Nation’s award winning Executive Chef & Culinary Advisor, Billy Alexander, embark on a culinary journey with fresh flavours, traditional, seasonal ingredients, as well as vegan and gluten free options– all representative of the indigenous terroir in Southwestern Ontario. These traditional ingredients are presented with modern day influence to highlight our journey of past, present and future while enjoying Eastern Canada’s only Indigenous owned and produced wine varieties.
Enjoy two floors of patio dining that overlook Lake Erie and Sturgeon Creek—come by boat, bike, or car. This multi-floor experience that can comfortably seat over 300 on ground level and rooftop patios, allows for hands-on tourism experiences, private parties, and large events, while the dining room offers a family-friendly environment and Indigenous inspired food & drink that tell thousands of years of stories with every bite.
